Gabe was set to fly out to San Antonio yesterday morning. We got up at 4:30 to take him to the airport. After lifting off, his plane had troubles and had to turn around and land. Long story short, they couldn't get them on another flight until this morning. That meant he got to come home for one extra day.
We called it Daddy Bonus Day.
So I'm thankful today for the extra day we all spent together. And I'm super thankful that it's only a short trip and he'll be home.
